NYCIB EMPLOYEE THREATENS TO STAB AND KILL TWO EMPLOYEES BUT CONTINUES TO WORK FOR THE COMPANY BECAUSE OF PREFERED TREATMENT BY HR DIRECTOR.SUPERVISORS PROVIDE UNSAFE WORKING ENVIORNMENT AND HAZARDOUS WORKPLACE CONDITIONS THEN BLAME EMPLOYEES FOR THERE LACK OF MANAGEMENT.

NYCIB CONTINUES TO SHOW OFF THERE EMPLOYEES LIKE TROPHIES BUT TREAT THEM LIKE SLAVES THREATENING TO FIRER THEM IF THEY DONT WORK OVERTIME. NYCIB WILL PAY THERE DISABLED WORKERS MINIMUM WAGE BUT PAY NON DISABLED EMPLOYEES MORE THAN TEN DOLLARS AN HOUR.

NO OPPORTUNITIES OF JOB TRAINING, ADVANCEMENT OF POSITION, OR GROWTH.JUST THE TYPICAL AMERICAN BUSINESS BLACKLISTING OF EMPLOYEES, OFFICE POLITICS, AND PLAYING FAVORITES WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE A SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH UPPER MANAGEMENT.

This company does nothing but exploit the disabled to make themselves look good.they treat illegal immegrants better than they do there citizen employees.

Example there non-disabled immegrant employees steal still have there jobs. A blind or visually impaired employees gets bullied/sexually harassed by a manager and/or supervisor with abusive language. The disabled person files a complaint that gets swept under the rug and there wages reduced for speaking up. Non disabled employees bully the disabled over lunch tables, make slandereous remarks, and get paid more non disabled making nine dollars and better an hour.

while the disabled employees make less than standard wages. the disabled never get promoted, never have any of the support they are told on a regular basis from NYCIB or its parent company NIB. Poorly managed from the ceo to the floor managers. The disabled workers are scared to speak up for fear of lossing there jobs.

While people drink on the job gain favortism and can use the words spic or *** with no action taken.

Interesting. Any of you who are manufacturers for the government or military out there, watch out! These folks will take your products right out from under you with the Government's blessing, and there is nothing you can do about it!
